Oh that’s interesting. So Epazz had an agreement to repay that TVT Company and didn’t uphold their end. Then they got sued, lost, filed a counterclaim and lost that too.
Investing in Epazz is trusting Passley and team to do the right thing with your money. As they dump shares into the market, I’d be wondering if I’m investing in Epazz or just helping to pay their salary’s and lawsuits.
