Ppl get recommendations for being good at their job. you don't have to be a CEO to have a recommendation, you just have to be good at what you do. My field is completely different as I've said I'm nothing but I'm good at what I do. The fact that this guy doesn't have a any suggests he hasn't been good at what he was doing previously and now.
