Investors have been looking for that bounce for months. I suppose if the stock drops to .0005 and then jumps back to .0008 someone will say " I told you that bounce was coming". Even though it may be 50% lower than where we are now. The stock is going to need one heck of a bounce for the stock to get back to .008 when some were talking about a bounce higher.
