Yes they have released some of the payoff about a year ago.

Hard to say when this all gets resolved but Judge Shannon certainly whats to wrap it all up.. Judge Shannon has been fighting for investors.. But these slimy creeps who ripped us off are still trying to gouge into the final pay out. I am not up to date on the case but i think we have 'perhaps' 10-15 cents a share coming back to us. ( dont hold me on the $numbers I am writing this from memory..( hope this helps some.) Attorneys are NOW just keeping this going so they can BILL the crap out of the reminder of the funds. Judge Shannon is all that is between investors and these slime-balls.
