Three conversions would be about 29,400 each...and if done separate would result in an OS of about 6.6 Billion shares.

Although three conversions is unlikely since there are about 6-7 Pref holders and each is going to want convert some for themselves I would assume....

...and the insiders would still be volume limited in what they could sell...and it would be a very small fraction of that.

...which further begs the question why did they use these terms?????

I still predict they will modify them...as I suspect it was just more sloppiness than intent. I can chart a path to a 10 TRILLION OS pretty easily with what they presented...lol.
