You need to be concerned about OWCP and the insiders - and their last ditch money grab - paying over $11 million for a $5 million stock purchase - the $11+ million is from shareholders not the insiders - but the $5 million is for the insiders.

The "groups" you should be concerned about are Newbridge and DGF.
