No idea what's going on behind the scenes but here's my guess.We have Mr Stuart now as the President from QMKR. Thought he was a director their too. If wrong let me know. Will SPOM become uBid if there is a RM with QMKR?, idk. Hmmm, "Incumaker will seek to change its name to “uBid Holdings Inc.” as well as its ticker symbol post-merger to better reflect the company’s new technology related business model". Just my opinions.
