Strange he filed an 8K saying they were and just gave himself 3 billion shares so it would pass. The guy should be in jail!

With respect to a vote of stockholders, no later than September 30, 2018 only, to approve either or both of a reverse stock split of the Company’s common stock and an increase in the authorized shares of common stock from three billion shares to up to 10 billion shares

Currently..."NO RS Confirmed" is a true statement...

But there will be a vote prior to the bolded date above, and Seamus owns voting rights equivalent to 3B common shares...I guess it depends on the mood he is in at the time....because common shareholders are essentially neutered as a result of the preferred shares issued to the CEO on 7/23

I will sit on the sidelines until the voting is over....which apparently could happen anytime between now and the above date

Please post the actual email with date, he filed an official 8K, saying there would be an increase in AS and an RS. Why don’t you email him and ask him why he’d file an official SEC document if it was false?

Yeah, he just filed an 8 K saying there would most likely be an RS, plus a huge AS. With no RS how do they pay their current notes payable? Email has no date and is not a copy and paste, I suspect it's phony.
