they may have said it first at the june 5 meeting- dont remember


but I've always interpreted the June 19 update as resetting the clock:
"Therefore, we will not be releasing any information, other than operational updates, until we have concluded the initial testing and analyzed the results of the primary targets at a minimum.

"This should take weeks, not months, unless unexpected mechanical issues arise.

and there was a report by a poster noting IR had said there were minor mechanical delays
but an operational update was not going to be issued
