Without upfront cash at this point, what will be the benefit of entering into a partnership from ADXS's point of view?

No sense in doing a deal then if a lot of up front cash isn’t included, I’m sure it won’t be given away like you are inferring. In my opinion, Ken was speaking to he hedge funds in saying three months to deal time, get covered! The added comment about potentially shelving the P3 was to help them accomplish their goal. I really wish the company could carry out their business without catering to these types, perhaps this is why the market has lost confidence along with the manipulation, Advaxis management is bought and paid for by hedge funds.

I agree for the most part, not expecting a large cash payment upfront.
