I'm not so sure its the same thing. IR described what happened in Turkey as a punch to the gut. I think it caught Doc Hayward by surprise, but yeah, it was a dumb PR especially the part that said he had no orders from Turkey yet.
That's why I'm counting on zero fertilizer revenues in the quick biz analysis I went through yesterday. With this stock I've learned the hard way that unless it has a dollar amount it could take a lifetime to turn into a dollar amount.
