They won’t do that. They have $700K our into this not mentioning the previous funding from the same investor presumably at much higher level. They’ll run this up

I understand those are the terms. My question is is there a maturity date for the notes when the investors are able to convert?

The way I read it seems that it's locked up for two years... Not sure though

"amortized over a 2-year period, ending on the 24-month maturity date, commence September 30, 2018."


If they are able to convert the full amount right now that sucks.
