Based on what? Its been proven over and over, Telogis bought assets of RMTD and the shell consisting of billions of shares was not included.

Trademarks showed Telogis owned them and the transfer in the assignment history shows who what how why and when.

Then Verizon purchased Telogis, plain and simple.

Why is it hard to understand a Verizon owned company (with the word trademark in it LoL) uodated the URL aka DOMAIN NAME to the trademark they habe owned?
