Yes that is true but I didn't "mean" that. I just posted the current SS and a bunch of other DD beneath that.

Cannot answer PMs, I don't have premium on here anymore. I don't know if the company plans to raise the AS but i'd assume no based on the fact that they just did a increase earlier this year (link below). I'd like to assume they Authorized enough shares to take care of the convertible notes that they knew would be issued. If a increase happens, the company won't do it in secret or anything shady. We will get another 8-K filing. Lets hope we don't need a increase.
