I'm glad to see they are not sweeping the acquisition news under the rug:

"Sativa Growth looks forward to expediting further announcements, including upcoming acquisitions, partnerships, and expanding distribution channels of various cannabis-related products, both domestically and internationally."

Apparently is was related to these items that they ennumerated in this PR that had caused some lag time in getting that announcement out earlier in the month:
