I think it is very possible. On the new website it mentions USMJ. I picked up a few shares of it just in case.

I think the better opportunity is to identify another company similar in size with verifiable revenue stream that would compliment SGMD and merge. Then eliminate duplicity in corporate structure and employees and ROI improves immediately. Unless there is an unknown marketing agreement SGMD has to find another revenue generator. One source is dangerous.
