A T-Trade happens after the market closes. A T-Trade is a trade that went through during the day but since all trades must be publicized if it was missed during the market hours it will be posted after the close. MM's use T-Trades to hide dilution at times, so you think all is well on time and sales because you watched it like a hawk and then after the close they spring it on you. Very shady. we have had no T-Trades on $RSHN.
