What is the buyout expectation? Wouldn't refinancing the debt and bring production from the current 25% to full 100% production yield a higher share price?

Thank you for saying this! I am having a hard time understanding why shorting is so strong here. This stock doesn’t trade after hours and every PR they do is after hours. Even if the company sells for 100m they are going to be in big trouble.
