SNS, the rights offering may or may not happen. If it does, the offering price may or may not be 1.75. Rights offering could possibly give some relief to bag holders who may or may not then find a decent point to sell at a lesser loss. But to tell people to "buy" and that a rationale for your advisement is "good management".... Really? That's just irresponsible and very misleading.
