I don't understand all the selling when what we've waited for is right around the corner.

I personally thought the sriracha stix were extremely gimmicky and dumb. bought a couple bottles myself just to see what they were about, and I still haven't used more than two of them, ever.... they were too expensive, too gimmicky, too gross. Cooking spices is a market flooded with other better tasting similar products that real cooks use. Also FDA rules would have had to have been involved in manufacture and the paperwork on culinary is extremely cumbersome and expensive.. I work in herbal and nutritional supplements and definitely would have never come up with or upheld a decision on something as dumb as sriracha sticks... good riddance in my opinion.
