I am open to all rational thought. Could you please provide an explantion for your thoughts. Market Cap seems to be in line with recent investments, void of any forward P/E for patents in US, and globally.

Anticipation of DOE grant should raise more interest moving foward.

Chart does look weak. .91 needs to hold.
