Samsa...we will not care either. Just secure the big fat salaries for 6 more months and move to China with all the patents after this company is trashed.

FACT...I was too ignorant to see what was going on when he "secretly" went to China and made deals and a company. We all know that was true as it was NEVER DISCLOSED until someone found a picture of him in China.

Samsa is this enough for a lawsuit? The company did NOT DISCLOSE and since he is the head it had to be at his order.

Talk about non-transparency.
