Let Me See if I get This Straight

INVU, as cash strapped as they are, needed to rebrand their failing MLM division (from wealth generators to Kuvera) and now they are buying another failed MLM, United Games.

We'll have to wait for disclosure but I doubt this was a cash transaction, I think INVU just fired up the old printing press and issued another large amount of common shares.

(Yet still further) Dilution.
