Your probably right. I’m just a lowly voyer but do brush up against the biggest and best out there from time to time.
You’re absolutely correct that part of the domination strategy includes picking up failed pieces of the puzzle for pennies on the doller but regardless of the industry I suspect you would know that requires a few things;
-existing team and operators who can scale up fast from what ever lean and mean operations they have
-money to do so, since even the mid tier projects will take millions to buy out and millions more to turn around (if the LPs aren’t buying them up blindly by that time)
-someone with an eye for spotting diamonds in the rough.
It’s debatable that the company has any of the above.
