Beware--these scammers will probably dump at any price now that the company is INSOLVENT and since they own stock at ZERO. Also watch for a late trade at the end of the day to artificially bring the price up since it is over 40% DOWN!! ... Good SEC knows about this fraud. . This scam reported NO sales last quarter--NONE!!!!!! Owes almost a million dollars (and losses of $ 3,000,000.) and $250k owed to "related party". Scammers led by Mike Irving sand Barry Hall both who involved with the SEC action against UBAI keep selling stock at any price to unsuspecting Marks. ITS INSOLVENT!!!!! Proof the real scam biz is printing stock!!
