Even without the baggage that comes with this company (10 billion shares, lawsuits, etc), why would anyone put fresh money in? They don't even have a business plan anymore and the current management has multiple failures on their record. IMO, the only reason they have made it this far is a few people have thrown good money after bad to try to resuscitate their investment and those contributions dried up many months ago.
