I tweeted to them back, they need to release some official docs with numbers that state the specifics down to the last detail.

All stock deals in the OTC mean nothing but dilution. They're not going to give up control by giving them their own shares. They've got no money to do it stock buyback, so they have to issue new shares. The only thing that can help in the short term is if they have restrictions, which they didn't mention. Usually in the OTC, when they issue shares with restrictions, they can't wait to tell you so.
