Keep in mind this is a small cap stock , Pump guy knows many institutions are unable to invest in a stock under $5.00 PPS so what is a short primary objective ? to keep PPS under $5 !!!!

As it relates to safety , Its obviously good enough for both trial s to be allowed to continue !!
