There won’t be an announcement on July 31. It will either happen either day or they will get an extension. I find it hilarious that all these “Genius” investors can’t read the part that the DIP can be extended a month. Also I believe it’s not a bad thing if they extend it but all these people will dump their shares if that happens.
I did sell all of my stock yesterday and plan on buying back some today after the open. Hoping for .07 but I’m guessing with the demand it may not get there today. Still definitely worth trading though
