Most of the time a RS- spells doom since they aim to wipe the whole class of shareholders out. This one NOT SO MUCH AT ALL. Anytime you see one less than 1:200- its very intriguing. IMO- and therefore - I’m buying cheap and holding for the reverse. All they need to do is position a company with revenues in here and this will fly since the debt has largely been wiped out.
I suspect we will get a reverse and then get the acquisition news - that’s usually how it goes. The dark is behind us. Those who wanted out has their chances. If they still want out - sell 3/4 and go. This will only be left with those who understand that blood was already in the streets and now is the time to pick up the wounded pieces and move forward
