pp has control and will keep such as far as I can tell, he would never have been able to uplist if there were pending actions, the business plan is another thing, they have nothing with the turmoil down there. Rolling a canadian MJ company in if they still had qb status would have been a go. Would be nice if ego and such were not in the way and business could be done in BRVO. but alas it is a goner for now
