Here's my take on this.... The CEO Val Kazia passed away from cancer April 18, 2018 and probably knew his time was over so in January of this year he brought on Scott Yoneyama as Secretary knowing the he was going to take over the helms as the CEO once his passing.

Here we are 3 months later with Scott planning and probably updating the filings with a new direction for the company. Scott has a flare for Blockchain industry and knows a lot of people. This week I think is the rumor that we will see a Update/PR from the new company of OTOW...
