Their biggest position is TPL. They’ve seen the satellite photos of new drilling activity on TPL land. They know how much gas royalty revenue is coming. New drills can reach the deeper wells reluctantly abandoned in 70s and they do it for half the price.
Next Earnings Report in 10 days or so will kick off another $100+ PPS climb.
Amazing so few people know about this beauty.
