Since the ownership of the main shareholder has changed, it will be interesting to see, what update they will file, and if it will be of influence on GERS lack of filing.

Until someone in the Greenshift Corporation brings the company up to date with the SEC, we can't be certain that "the main shareholder" really has changed. It's possible that Kevin, half-drunk, might have even sold a large chunk of the Class G shares back to the Bitzio Corporation!

All kidding aside, I have been doing some amateur research into various laws for another purpose, and I think that the transactions with Bitzio, Attis, and others, can be reversed if a court grants a motion to do so. If this actually happens, you can call it anything you like, depending mostly on the size of your own GERS stake. My own stake doesn't qualify me to be a whale, but I have an interest in the kind of justice that is available in a courtroom.
