7/31 is when the new notes are due. The person they have diluting now is taking their sweet time. By the time the dilution is over it will start again. I dont see how a subsidiary of this company even managed to get govt contracts with a crappy business model. Sorry guys I predicted .007s to .008s today tomorrow will be 006s then by Friday 005. After that by the end of Aug with new dilution. 001 to .003
