The PR says...

“We are in the process of outlaying our own extraction and product development facility within the state of New York.”

In post # 96555 I said...

5.) A New York extraction facility will not be needed until the first harvest. Consequently, it is only now being built (such a facility would have sat idle until then because there was no in-state supply of hemp).

I said in post # 96579...

I never claimed the build had started.

What I meant was that I have no inside knowledge of the status of the extraction project (i.e. whether construction has started or a facility has been identified/purchased/leased). However, based on mCigs PR's, they are currently working on it and targeting completion in time for the harvest.
