If that were the case you'd have a lot more "buying the rumor" instead of the action we currently see.

Traders would be loading up now before they get current and before they release JV news so they could sell on the notion that this will pop.

But due to the share structure and the companies history you are not seeing any interest in buying at .0002 which shows the lack of confidence that this will even hit .0004
