Interesting. Timely to this discussion! Poison pills are pretty standard, for the last decade or two, since the corporate raider era. Most companies have a shareholders rights plan / poison pill, just in case/deterrent. I’m glad CTSO does, and of course they would. I think the days of outright hostile takeovers are over, I believe largely as a result of the adoption of such measures.
