That is Glagla’s LinkedIn not “Gconsulting”’s It appears that it is a buddy of Tom’s from NCOIC who probably set up his own little consulting LLC a little over a year ago (while still doing his full time gig)...and we have a vague PR about an LOI with reference to some “funding” that isn’t entirely clear...with that “company”.
I expect we can see a lot more of the same coming just like four years of SAP/MAP/LOU/JV’s that BVTK has done with small, new, or otherwise non-descript companies...none of which produced anything of substance.
