Someone was listening when god was giving out brains my friend. You DO RECALL THAT FROM NEW MANAGEMENT - I always found that very very intriguing and somewhat out of place. Unless of course - it’s a MASSIVE MJ DEAL and the real estate revenues were in excess of 50-100 mil- annually - that certainly would be extremely compelling here. IMO of course.
