An interesting video to review about what caused the downward spiral of BioAmber, pretty much being poor managed. That's why I feel a buyout would be the best for all stakeholders. Payoff the mgmt. and move forward.

Cargill is discussed as a perfect company to make a bid. Perhaps they are one of the qualified bidders. However, we already know 2 of the bidders that have put in their sealed bids. I am sure BioAmber is busy reviewing them, and any new ones that come in by 7/29.

The next (7) trading days will be fun to watch. I like many, do not know the plan for how the naked shorts will cover, but cover thus must before the shares become accountable.

Maybe they will partner with them and build that second plant debt free.

Their's is patented technology, future growth in the industry is huge and i believe i read they have plans for a 200,000 ton 3rd facility.

All they really need is a little help to get past the finish line and they will NEVER look back.

I like a partnership deal. A $100 stock in 5 years should someone have the foresight... we'll see
