.25-.50 doesn't sound realistic either liquidation price of plant is 34M add to that cash, inventory, A/R and it goes beyond that. PwC won't sell this cheap either it is better to refinance it than selling pennies on dollar and this is not liquidation. If PwC doesn't get minimum price they want i.e 3 times asset value they would go with refinancing option that is much better bet what you think.
It’s worth what the bidders are willing to pay. Cost of building similar plant would be astronomical. Paying under $10 a share for this would be a bargain.
