Common Sense: With Multiple Bidders, ie: At least 5 Strategic; 1 Financial bidders (Not even gonna count Liquidators), a not so logical "Lowball" bid would be Debt payment plus Asset Value and that bid will likely not be "Competitive". So, where would that put the PPS bidding range for multiple Billion dollar co's to bid to acquire a producing plant, with a viable and increasing demand and profitable product(s)?
Answer: Well over a buck, close to $2 LOW-BALL REALITY :-D
