Who says they are not profitable. Book value of their real estate holdings alone are worth a tom. The stock is trading low because it was not necessary to utilize it as a financial vehicle. It is one if nany tools are sources of finance they have at their disposal. Valuing a company based on its stock price (especially one that went dark gor a long time) is short sighted. They didnt need the stock to get funding for past deals and consequently did not divulge any information ti the public. As more clarity is required going forward folks will realize its true value and its much higher than this The fact they are dusting off this financial tool points to rapid growth on the horizon. A R/S is a way to clean up the share structure and position them to quickly access resources that will allw for even quicker growth. If it was their only source of finance I’d be worried but their current holdings have all been achieved via other sources. Mspc$$$
