What's OBMP Worth???

After reading and interpreting this article from 14 years ago:

I would very briefly sum up that OBMP is worth the revenue the drug would bring in multiplied by the percentage of it's chances of passing phases 2&3. The article goes in to greater details and other links that you could read and study until you are blue in the face and your eyes are red.

So let's say the odds of approval are 25 percent (although I feel much higher than that). Let's say that the value is 1000 dollars per dose and that 80000 men will utilize it. Then OBMP is worth 1000 * 80000 * 0.25 = 20 million or approximately 0.088 pps. Of course this is just an example. Plug and play your own numbers and see what you come up with. Also keep in mind that if final approval - kaching!
