Indeed you are correct $12-$30 plus in a couple of years isn't bad at all. If you bought 10 years ago no so good.

How do you know when his 10b5-1 plan was established? Considering he made 6 transactions over the last 3 months for 198,000 shares I'd say his plan was made recently.
