Hard to see how one can lose on this play; everything points to a nice "practically risk-free" bet at this level.

I mean they both have worked with BioAmber and are no stranger to the marketplace...

But wouldn't it make sense that if one were to pursue being #1 in that field, and the opportunity was there at a reasonable price, would you just finance the debt or make an offer to buy it out lock stock and barrel?

And at a fair market value based on the products market not the stock pricing. What would it be worth to them?

That is all that I am bringing to the table...

If I were a $100 pps company, buying a smaller company but #1 in their industry for $5 - $10... might be worth the gamble.
