Honestly, in HEMP's case the chart is meaningless. The only thing one needs to know is that they have the printing press turned on and they will keep printing all the way down until the OS reached the AS, then rinse and repeat. This will make it the 3rd or 4th round trip (I have lost track), and they will keep doing it until they get locked up for theft.
