From what i have read it takes atleast 30 days to a full year to EWT a well. This concludes with a field development plan.
Its been 30 days since they started testing primary zones 2 and 3. I still think my original August 15 estimate is what will be the date they announce.
To follow your hypothesis, you believe they have nothing so the last 30 days has been spent wondering where the oil and high pressure went. So they are spending all the time looking rather than measuring and testing. They are sitting around scratching their heads wondering what it was that first gave them the oil and high pressure.
