yep, paragraph 10 pretty much sums that up, and already saying its not there fault... but then just read the 8K, they take us EDUCATED shareholders as fools, convert after convert after convert deals... are they saying we are smarter than them, cause we know what coverts do, they are the ultimate evil for a stock, and this was not there first rodeo and not like they havent done it before. oh ya its coming, then dilute back down to .0005 again over time... we are bad shareholders cause we speak the truth.... and the stock price backs us, unfortunately. Know what you own, fyi, ive seen companies, even nasdaq that do same thing, some have RS 4 times in 4 years. GL to all the REAL shareholders, you will need it for your shares to not be worth nothing one day, my education over 18 years says 0.
